Ms. Azzaro-Bass is recognized as an industry leader for Quality Assurance and is proficient with the regulations it takes to bring pharmaceutical products to the market. Besides being responsible for the release of GMP/GLP raw materials, finished drug products, and the generation of appropriate regulatory documentation, Ms. Azzaro-Bass has led the effort in technical audits, external vendor audits, client audits and internal facility audits. Her vast range of experience includes Quality Assurance related to clinical supplies manufacturing, clinical stability, and inventory management. She relates to clients on both a personal and scientific level. Any company contracting with Acceleration can have the confidence of knowing that a knowledgeable and experienced Quality Assurance professional is behind their product development.

Ms. Azzaro-Bass has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than ten years and has supervised Quality Assurance teams. In addition, she spent more than five years in the C.R.O. industry, so she understands both sides of the business world. She earned her degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia and continues to expand her knowledge and expertise within the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Pendland is a Communications/Computer specialist. He is not only a Microsoft certified engineer, but a Novell certified engineer. He is responsible for the technology that Acceleration is bringing to the forefront as we grow. Mr. Pendland has a degree from Avila College. He has worked for UtiliCorp, Americo Insurance, and La Petite. Throughout his years of experience he has designed multiple communication systems that not only included computer network systems, but entire phone systems. He has been responsible for complete network administration at all levels. Clients of Acceleration can rest assured that their electronic data is secure and being handled properly.

Mr. Koehler is the servant of Acceleration. His business philosophy is to treat others how he would want to be treated, share with those who make the company successful, and give back to the community. He has undergraduate degrees from the University of Missouri in Biology & Chemistry. In addition, he has graduate degrees that include a MS in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Missouri and a MBA in Finance from Rockhurst University, a private Jesuit college. His 15+ years experience includes working for Mobay, Miles, MMD, HMR, Aventis, and Quintiles. He not only has done laboratory work, but has directed entire development programs (preclinical and clinical) as a Global Project Manager for HMR. He spent over four years as a Director of Business Development in the CRO industry.
